Auding’s C-Level program is designed for leaders who have no time for a “course” — and can’t afford to stumble in critical conversations. Here, speaking a second language is a leadership tool. The focus is performance in high-exposure, real-world contexts: board meetings with global stakeholders, strategic presentations, sensitive negotiations, technical alignment sessions, interviews, international events, and crisis management. We train clarity, objectivity, pacing, tone, persuasion, and the ability to take command of a conversation — with executive vocabulary and communication style aligned to each leader’s personal brand.
The program is fully personalized. We start with the executive’s and company’s context, map immediate challenges and objectives, and build a journey using active methodologies: simulations, role plays, meeting scripts, presentation prep, message fine-tuning, and improvements to pronunciation and fluency with a focus on intelligibility and authority. When needed, we also work on intercultural nuances to reduce friction and increase influence. This isn’t about “leveling up” — it’s about speaking with confidence and precision when the reputation of both the leader and the company is on the line.
